Milky Way Sky

I grabbed this five image panorama the other night during a night photography workshop I was teaching at Highland Lighthouse in Truro.  You can see the Milky Way on the left with the Moon setting over Highland Lighthouse on the right.

The September workshop is SOLD OUT but I have added one in October.  The date is the 15th with a rain date of the 16th.

Night at Old Higgins Farm Windmill

I had a clear evening yesterday so I drove over to the Old Higgins Farm Windmill in Brewster to capture this star trail shot.  It is a total of 2 hrs worth of exposure with a Canon EOS 6D and a 14mm f/2.8 lens.

A week at the Hyannis Artist Shanties

I had a great time last week at the Artist Shanties down by Hyannis Harbor.  It was great fun meeting lots of other artists as well as folks from all over the world.  You can see a mix of my nightscape and landscape images in these photos.  Most of the images were printed on metal by Aspen Creek Photo in California.  They did a great job and I highly recommend them!  And as always, any image you see on my website is for sale.  Email me if you're interested!
