Evening at Red River Beach in Harwich Port

I went down to Red River Beach in Harwich Port yesterday.  It was one of those beautiful early spring evenings with temps in the lower 60's.  Great March weather!  The sun was getting low in the west so I decided to wait and see if some of that famous Cape light made an appearance....... yep!  It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was the kind of light photographers dream about! :)

Gearing up for Beach Portrait Season!

With temperatures recently topping out into the lower 70's here on the Cape, and today being the first day of Spring (woo hoo!!!), I'm getting excited for the upcoming 2012 summer beach portrait season!  May will be here before you know it so now is the time to start thinking about booking that family session!  I already have bookings on the calendar for June and July so email or call me to book yours!

2012 Dennis Inn Bridal Open House

Last Sunday was the 2012 Bridal Open House at the Dennis Inn.  Proprietors Brad Boyd & Cathy Cugini host this fabulous event every winter for couples getting married at the Inn or are using Treats Catering at a off-site function.  This years open house showcased the delicious food from Treats Catering as well as sixteen top Cape wedding professionals.  Here are some of the photos I grabbed.

This past Sunday was the 2nd annual Cape & Islands Wedding Group Bridal Event.  This year's show was held at the beautiful New Seabury Country Club in Mashpee.  Group founder and president, Connie Nye Clark of The Perfect Plan, along with all of our members did such an awesome job!  I am so proud to be associated with such an amazing group of wedding professionals! 


Here are some of the photos I took during the day.  It was great meeting so many 2012 and 2013 brides... and even one for 2014!  I can't wait for next year's event!
